BoxSourcing is a rigid box manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. We work directly on the source factory floor — dieline engineering, printing, hot foil stamping, lamination and hand-finished assembly — so brands get factory-direct pricing without the layers of a traditional trading chain.

Our customers are DTC brands, candle studios, perfume and cosmetic houses, jewellers and gifting companies that care about the unboxing moment. We built the service around what these teams need: low minimums from 200 pieces, free dielines and pre-production samples, and a single point of contact from first quote to final delivery.

Sustainability is part of the box, not an afterthought. On request we use FSC-certified grayboard, responsibly sourced papers and eco-friendly inks, with material traceability documented for your packaging.

Who we are

We focus on one product category: premium rigid boxes. That focus shows in the details — how a magnetic flap closes, how a foil logo sits on textured paper, how an insert cradles a glass jar. We keep a library of proven box structures, so most new projects start from a tested dieline instead of a blank page.

Brands across North America, Europe and the Middle East order from us for product launches, seasonal gift sets and repeat replenishment. Some start with a single 200-piece test run and grow into multi-SKU programs; others arrive with a complete brand-guideline brief on day one. Either way the process is the same: a clear quote, an approved sample and disciplined production.

Our project managers work in English and Chinese, so questions about dielines, Pantone matching or shipping documents are answered within your working day rather than after a week of back-and-forth.

Factory-direct pricing

We quote from the source production line, so there is no middleman mark-up on the price of your box. Every quote itemises board, paper, printing, finishing and tooling so you can see exactly where the cost goes.

Engineering first

Every project starts with a structural dieline built around your product’s real dimensions. We test-fit a physical sample before artwork is printed, which prevents the most expensive mistakes — a lid that binds, a jar that rattles, a magnet that slips.

Approved-sample production

We produce against the sample you approved, not against a description. Colour, foil position, board thickness and finish are checked against that sample at every checkpoint.

Sustainable by choice

FSC-certified board, recycled-content papers and eco-friendly inks are available on request. We also help you avoid over-engineering: the lightest board that safely protects your product is usually the best choice for both cost and the environment.
