Our MOQ starts from 200 pieces per SKU. Smaller runs may carry a small tooling or setup fee, which is quoted up front. Every project includes a free dieline and digital proof.

Yes. We provide a digital proof and a physical pre-production sample so you can approve material, foil and finish before your full run. Sample lead time is typically 3–5 working days after dieline approval.

Samples are free for active orders. For a one-off sample we charge only the cost of materials and shipping, which is refundable against your first production order. Please allow 3–5 working days plus transit.

Standard production is 10–18 working days after sample and artwork approval, depending on the finishes and quantity. Complex programs may take longer — we always confirm a schedule before production begins.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), and for established partners we offer flexible terms. A 50% deposit confirms the order and the balance is due before shipment.

Yes — we ship worldwide by sea, air or door-to-door. We handle export documentation; import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Absolutely. We print Pantone PMS solid colors for exact brand matching and can apply your logo through offset printing or hot foil stamping. Provide artwork in vector format (AI / PDF) for best results.

Yes. Our engineers prepare a free dieline and digital mock-up from your product dimensions. If you are unsure about structure, we recommend a suitable proven die from our library.

Please send vector artwork (Adobe Illustrator .AI or print-ready PDF) with fonts converted to outlines, images at 300 dpi or higher and 3 mm bleed. We overlay your artwork on our dieline and pre-flight it before sampling. If you only have a logo, our team can help with the layout — just tell us your brand colours or Pantone codes.

A rigid box is built from thick, dense grayboard (1.2–2.5 mm) wrapped in printed paper. It is sturdy, does not fold flat and feels premium, which is why it is used for gifts, cosmetics, candles and jewelry. A folding carton is made from thinner paperboard, ships flat and costs less per piece at high volumes, but feels lighter. Choose rigid when the unboxing experience and protection matter; choose folding cartons for high-volume, price-sensitive products.

Yes. Factory visits and live video tours are welcome by appointment, and you are free to send your own third-party inspector before shipment. We can also share production photos and inspection results at any stage.

Yes. We keep your dieline, approved artwork and material specification on file, so repeat orders skip the dieline and sample steps and are usually faster. We are happy to sign an NDA on request, and your designs are used only for your own orders.
