Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU, and we can accommodate as low as 300–500 pieces for rigid box programs. Lower MOQs may carry a small tooling or setup fee, which is quoted up front.

Yes. We provide a digital proof and a physical pre-production sample so you can approve material, foil and finish before your full run. Sample lead time is typically 3–5 working days after dieline approval.

Samples are free for active orders. For a one-off sample we charge only the cost of materials and shipping, which is refundable against your first production order. Please allow 3–5 working days plus transit.

Standard production is 10–18 working days after sample and artwork approval, depending on the finishes and quantity. Complex programs may take longer — we always confirm a schedule before production begins.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), and for established partners we offer flexible terms. A 50% deposit confirms the order and the balance is due before shipment.

Yes — we ship worldwide by sea, air or door-to-door. We handle export documentation; import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Absolutely. We print Pantone PMS solid colors for exact brand matching and can apply your logo through offset printing or hot foil stamping. Provide artwork in vector format (AI / PDF) for best results.

Yes. Our engineers prepare a free dieline and digital mock-up from your product dimensions. If you are unsure about structure, we recommend a suitable proven die from our library.
