We keep you informed at every stage — from the first sketch to the pallet that leaves our door.
Ordering custom rigid boxes should not feel like guesswork. Our process is built around two safeguards: you approve a free dieline before any tooling is made, and you approve a physical sample before the full run starts. Everything after that is produced against what you approved.
Below is what happens at each step, what we need from you, what you receive from us, and how long it usually takes.
Tell us what you are packing and how you want it to feel. A rough brief is enough — box type, product dimensions, target quantity, artwork or logo, and a budget range. Our team reviews feasibility, suggests suitable structures and materials, and replies with a cost estimate and next-step advice.

We deliver
An engineer builds a dieline around your product’s real dimensions — adapted from our library of proven structures or designed from scratch — and prepares a digital mock-up with your artwork placed on the box. You see proportions, panel layout and finish positions before any tooling is cut.

We deliver
We make a physical sample with your real materials, colours and finishes so you can check fit, feel, foil and print before committing to the run. Revisions are normal; we adjust and re-sample until it matches your target. Samples are free for active orders.

Once the sample and artwork are approved and the 50% deposit is received, we schedule your run. Board is cut and grooved, paper is printed, laminated and finished, and boxes are wrapped and assembled with checks at every station.

Finished boxes are inspected against the approved sample: dimensions, colour, foil position, surface finish, glue and corner strength, and magnet function. Defective pieces are removed or reworked before packing. Inspection photos and results are available on request.

Cartons are packed to survive long-distance transport and shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight or door-to-door service. We prepare export documents and tracking; import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

For a new box, plan roughly 4–7 weeks from first brief to goods leaving the factory. Repeat orders skip the dieline and sample steps and are usually faster.
The more of these you can share, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.
T/T bank transfer. A 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipment. Flexible terms are available for established partners.
Express courier, air freight, sea freight or door-to-door service. Prices are commonly quoted FOB Shenzhen; other Incoterms on request.
We keep your dieline, artwork and material specification on file, so repeat orders skip the sample step and are typically faster.
An NDA is available on request, and your artwork and designs are used only for your own orders.
Typical timeline: sample within 3–5 working days after dieline approval; production 10–18 working days depending on finishes and quantity.
