Board & Structure
1.8mm grayboard outer shell is reinforced at the corners specifically for parcel handling — this box is engineered to survive a courier network, not just look good on a shelf.
Surface Material
Kraft paper is the default for a natural, DTC-friendly look and takes bold one- or two-colour graphics well; a printed art-paper sleeve is available where full-colour branding matters more than cost.
Signature Finishing
Matte lamination plus spot UV on the label area is the common combination — it keeps the outer shell practical while still giving the brand mark some shine.
Insert & Lining
A cut foam or molded-pulp nest is the functional core of this box: it locks the glass vessel in place so it cannot shift during transit, which is the entire point of the structure.
