Board & Structure
1.5mm rigid grayboard for the lid and base, thick enough to resist denting in transit while keeping the magnetic flap light enough to snap shut crisply every time.
Surface Material
157gsm coated art paper wraps the board for sharp CMYK and Pantone colour, with an option to swap in linen or felt-touch specialty paper where a more tactile, hand-made finish suits the brand.
Signature Finishing
Soft-touch lamination is the most requested finish on this shape — it hides fingerprints on a matte surface and pairs cleanly with a single gold or silver foil logo on the lid.
Insert & Lining
A die-cut foam or paperboard collar centres the candle jar inside the box so it can't shift or rattle, with the collar height tuned to your jar so the lid closes flush.
