Board & Structure
1.5–1.8mm grayboard shaped to the ginger jar's rounded silhouette — the curved profile takes slightly more tooling care than a square box, so we always confirm fit with a physical sample first.
Surface Material
Matte art paper is the most common wrap, chosen for how it lets the jar's own colour and shape read through the box design rather than compete with it.
Signature Finishing
A single foil or blind-emboss motif on the front panel is usually enough; a curved box carries a busy print less gracefully than a flat-sided one, so we recommend keeping the artwork simple.
Insert & Lining
A shaped foam or paperboard cradle follows the jar's curve so it can't roll inside the box, which is the main risk with any rounded vessel in transit.
