Board & Structure
The tin itself is the structural core here; a rigid grayboard sleeve or outer carton wraps around it purely for branding and retail presentation, so board thickness can stay a light 1.2mm.
Surface Material
Coated art paper on the sleeve reproduces full-colour label art sharply; because the tin underneath is already rigid, the sleeve's job is entirely about print quality, not protection.
Signature Finishing
Spot UV or foil on the sleeve draws the eye on a retail shelf without adding weight — this is one of the few structures where finishing is chosen for shelf impact more than unboxing feel.
Insert & Lining
