Materials & Craftsmanship
How this box is engineered — board, surface, finishing and insert — and why those choices fit this product.
Board & Structure
2.0mm grayboard is standard for this line since the whole point is a substantial, weighty hand-feel the moment the customer picks the box up.
Surface Material
Laminated foil art paper wraps the entire box rather than using spot foil on a plain wrap — it's a different production step than standard hot stamping, and it's what gives this box its all-over metallic look.
Signature Finishing
Because the base material is already metallic, we deliberately limit additional finishing to a single debossed logo so the box doesn't compete with itself; a busy print on foil paper reads as cheap, not premium.
Insert & Lining
A velvet or soft-touch foam nest is the usual pairing, since the interior is where a foil-wrapped box needs contrast and softness against the shine of the exterior.
